The Business plan starts at $125 per month. That includes the entire system — unlimited extensions, all features, support, and uptime SLA.

How the price is built

Your monthly cost is a base rate plus actual usage, not a per-user fee. The base rate covers:

• Your hosted PBX (call routing, voicemail, IVR, recording)
• Number assignments (DIDs)
• Unlimited extensions for your team
• Support, monitoring, and the uptime SLA

Usage charges (when they apply) are based on actual outbound minutes or specialized services. Most customers see a stable monthly invoice.

Why we don't charge per user

Other providers bill $15–$30 per user per month, which punishes growth. PJL Telecom's model means adding the 11th employee costs the same as adding the 3rd. You can read more in Why we don't charge per-user fees.
